Boateng "Pressure on every ball Hull kick"

Injured midfielder George Boateng Believes there is pressure on Hull with every ball they kick as their continue their fight against relegation. Hull currently sit 15th in the table 5 points above the relegation zone and face Middlesbrough next weekend in a vital 6 pointer at the foot of the table
Writing on his own blog Boateng said. "I have been working with physios in Holland for the last ten weeks or
so. It has been really hard but I am very happy with my progress.
It
is always hard not to be around your family when you are working
somewhere else but it is the sacrifice you make. I´m hoping to get back
fit quicker and that the rewards will come when we start winning as a
team.
I have followed every step, every kick of the ball by my
team while I was away. Boy have I missed it. It is even harder when you
are injured and can´t help. It´s much harder being injured as opposed
to being suspended. When you are injured and you are still in pain you
can´t help it much and it takes time. At least when you´re suspended
you know when you can play."
"I have worked so hard and I believe that I am getting closer to
fitness. I can´t wait to start kicking a ball again and making myself
available for selection.
I can´t put a time to when I can play but I am very close. I am very confident I will be playing before the season ends.
As
for the team I strongly believe we will have a few tough games. There
is going to be a lot of pressure on every ball we kick because it is
going to be very important what decision every player makes with or
without the ball.
But I am happy with that – I believe that
when there is a lot of pressure on me or the team we will deliver. We
went to Arsenal when people didn´t believe we could get anything there,
never mind win. The following week against Tottenham was even harder
because people expected us to win – and we did. So what ever will be
will be"
