Gerrard To Miss KC Tie

Liverpool midfielder Steven Gerrard is set to miss the tie at the KC Stadium this weekend. Gerrard has missed Liverpools last 2 games with a stomach injury and isn't expected to be fit in time for Saturday. Gerrards absence will be a massive boast to Hull's chances of getting something from the game.
Benitez told the club's official website it would be "difficult" for his captain to be fit in time to face City.
"It's always disappointing when Stevie isn't in the team but we have won games without him and played well without him at times this season" said Benitez.
"We have quality in the squad and I am sure we can still play nice football, score goals and win games, whoever is in the team."
