Cousin To Be Recalled For Reds Tie?

Striker Daniel Cousin could be set for a recall for the game against Liverpool at the weekend. The Striker has missed the last month with a recurring back problem but was fit enough to be an unused substitute in the 1-0 defeat against Sunderland last weekend.

"I asked Daniel the question on Saturday morning to see if he could maybe play 10 or 15 minutes to be coming off the bench but starting him wasn't an option" Brown told the Mail.

"He trained yesterday and hopefully he will train all week to play his part in the most important five games of the season. Fingers crossed, he will be able to start against Liverpool if called upon."
