Hull Bid For Fortune

Hull have made a bid for Nancy Striker Marc-Antoine Fortune, the bid is believed to be around £2.5 Million for the player who spent the second half of last season on loan at West Brom. Fortune certainly impressed many premiership teams and a host of clubs including Celtic and Wolves are said to be intrested but Hull have taken a major step in getting a bid for the player accepted.
Fortune made 17 appearences last season for relegated West Brom but still manage to impress scoring 5 times. He has also has spells in Holland with FC Utrecht as well as with other french clubs including Lille .
Marc-Antoine Fortune is a player we're interested in," Brown confirmed to the Hull Daily Mail.
"We've discussed terms with his club and I'd say we're probably one of three serious contenders.
"We've done our business with his club and we remain hopeful. He caught the eye and captured everyone's imagination in the second half of last season."
He will add height and pysical presence to the squad and could be the perfect partner for Frazier Campbell.
With Harewood and Fortune possible players coming in it appears Manucho may not be signed permanently.
