Murphy To Sign

According to reports in the media Hull have agreed a fee of £1.5 million for Sunderland Striker Daryl Murphy. Murphy joined Sunderland in 2005 but failed to score a single goal last season in 27 appearances. He will add premiership experience to the Hull front line.
"We've agreed terms with Sunderland but there's a long way to go," Tigers boss Phil Brown told BBC Radio Humberside.
"I won't be able to talk to him until I'm back from Italy on Thursday and he'll have to undergo a medical."
Brown added: "He's been playing out of position on the left for Sunderland but there's a good striker in there."
