Thomas Impressing Enough To Earn Contract?

Jerome Thomas has certainly impressed so far after joining the Tigers on trial . Thomas has played some part in both of Hull's pre season games and scored the opening goal against North Ferriby. Phil Brown Believes the player is hungry and wants a contract he also said that the player could go to China with the club if he continued to impress over the next week or so.

Speaking on Thomas, Brown said; 'He looks bright and bubbly' Brown told the Mail.

'He looks like a player who wants a contract, there's hunger there in the way he's playing.

'If he can maintain over the next week then with a bit of luck, we'll be able to take him to China and look at him further. But the early signs are certainly positive.

Thomas with have another chance to impress Brown against either Carlisle or Doncaster Rovers.

However Thomas' Injury record could still scupper any deal Brown went on to say

'His career since has been stop-start and if anything, more stop than start. 'He's struggled to play a consistent number of games in the seven years he's been playing football so that in itself is a question mark."
