Hull Have Beye Bid Accepted

Hull have moved a step closer in signing Newcastle's Habib Beye . Hull reportedly had a bid rejected for the player last week. However its seem's Hull have agreed to pay a little more to get their man and Newcastle have now accepted a bid from The Tigers. The Fee is believed to be around £3 Million.
Beye joined Newcastle in 2007 from French side Marseille for £2 million during the closing minutes of the summer transfer window. He signed a 3 year contract Newcastle manager at the time Sam Allardyce felt he acquired Beye for a "bargain" price.
He's been a big hit with the fans on Tyne side and even has a website called Beyewatch. His ability to defend well and provide a good outlet going forward made him the official Newcastle player of the season 2008.
He continued to Perform well in a struggling Magpies side last season but couldn't help the club avoid relegation. After Newcastle were relegated from the Premier League an article stated Beye's intention to remain at the club to help get them
back into the Premier League.
However He was recently reported to have said that he had to leave the club in order to save his career.
He will be a great replacement for the recently departed Sam Ricketts.
