Brown Bizarrely Goes To Boothferry

Last season it was Half time team talks on the pitch now it seems Phil Brown wants to do something else bizarre. He's spent all summer coming up with what crazy thing he could possibly do if he started the season badly. What could he has possible done ?? He's taken his players to BoothFerry Park to show the players how far Hull have come. Players who never played there!!

Brown though that it would somehow be a wake up call to his overpaid donkeys. We will watch and see if this Bizarre move actually pays off.

Brown sees it as a new start to the season!!!

wake up MR BROWN! you've won like 1 of your last 25 league games . Your steering a sinking ship. Be gone now and let somebody else stop the club from going back to the championship.

anyway this is what he had to say ahead of the Bolton game.

"Tomorrow represents the start of the season for us," said Brown.

"We've had two games against two of the best teams in the country. We've got nothing from those games apart from pride in the first and a little bit of a lesson in the second.

"I took the lads for a little hike this morning and took them down to Boothferry Park. It's quite alarming when you think that ten years ago, that was the state of this football club.

"I'm glad that nobody has built on that site yet because that place is a stark reminder of the reality of the last ten years here.

"Look how far we've come. We had our five new signings down there this morning looking around Boothferry Park and they probably thought I was mental taking them there. But they've arrived at the KC Stadium with the great surface and atmosphere and a place geared towards international football, not just Premier League football.

"To get here, it has taken time, effort, energy and a lot of hard work. Now we're here, we have to start playing some football.

"The Club needs to keep moving on and every player we bring in is testimony to that. We want to progress from last year and that means 16th and above. At this moment in time, we've got to make sure that the first win comes as soon as possible to take a little bit of pressure off people.

"Tomorrow is a big game for us and Bolton represent tough, quality opposition who have been there and are now a model for a lot of clubs."
