Bristol Rovers land Ex Exter City striker

Joey Barton has completed the signing of striker Jevani Brown on a free transfer. The 28 year was in impressive form last season up until January when off-field issues saw the striker not play again for Exter City. Up until January 28th Brown had scored 14 goals in 32 appearances and had 5 assists, although he didn't play again that season he did continue to train with the first-team squad.

Despite being named by his teammates at the club’s end of season awards as the player of the season, Brown was not offered a new deal but could have been offered a deal by Exeter Manager Gary Caldwell
