Yeovil Town manager has been praised by Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins.

Talking to South Wales Evening Post, Jenkins mentioned how he admires the work of younger managers in the lower leagues. Along with Skiverton he named local rivals Bristol Rovers manager Paul Trollope.

The Swans first choice is thought to be Gary Speed from Sheffield United, but as this is unlikely, Jenkins admits they may have to turn to 'Plan B'.

"Possibly yes (we will go for one of them). There's a lot of good people working at different clubs. We've always gone for young managers and we've got good things out of it over the last few years. I don't see any reason in changing it at the moment. We've got to keep all our options open because things don't always work out as planned."
