From Chelsea with Love!

Terry Skiverton's mystery striker has been revealed as 19-year-old Chelsea youngster Adam Phillip.

After the weekends home defeat to Dagenham & Redbridge, Terry Skiverton confirmed a striker would be arriving on Monday but failed to mention any further details.

Apart from top scorer Dean Bowditch the fellow Glovers front men have failed to score, something sure to have played a factor in the signing of Phillip on a months loan. 

The youngster became a footballer relatively late, being spotted playing Sunday league football aged 15 before the Blues signed him up.

His first season playing for the Chelsea Youth side proved successful, gaining a 'super sub' reputation after netting three times from the bench on his sides march to the FA Youth Cup victory. 

However, a string of injuries have hampered his previous two seasons, with a cruciate ligament rupture keeping him sidelined for a significant amount of time.

The Chelsea FC official website describes Adam as a "quick, confident player", something sure to have enticed Terry Skiverton who will be hoping he fills what is seen as a void in his Yeovil side.

Phillip's contract expires at the end of next season, so the youngster will be hoping to impress on his loan spell in order to prolong his stay at Stamford Bridge.
