Games the Key for Johnson

Loan arrival Oli Johnson hopes to gain some important game time during his time at Huish Park, and admits he wouldn't mind extending his stay in Somerset. 

Speaking to BBC Radio Somerset the Norwich loanee said how he looks forward to playing some football during his spell with Yeovil: 

"I think I've got at least five more games, so I'm looking forward to getting some games under my belt, which I've not really done this season. Hopefully the positive results can continue." 

The striker has been limited to only six substitute appearances at Carrow Road this season, and is unsure how long his loan with the Glovers will last:

"It is a massive squad at Norwich with five or six strikers. It is for a month at the moment, but who knows, depending on how it goes."

Speaking of the loan move itself, the striker took the advice of former loan player Owain Tudur Jones, who only had goof things to say about the Green and Whites:

"He had some good things to say about the place, and the people here. So that only encouraged me really. Probably at the start of January, Paul Lambert called me in and said Yeovil were interested. I wanted to go out and get some games. I waited a week to just keep my options open and see what was available, but Paul Lambert and myself decided that this would be the best place for me to come and play my football."
