Gritton Determination
arrived on trial

Yeovil Town have awarded well travelled striker Martin Gritton a three day trial, as he hopes to impress Terry Skiverton enough to pen down a contract.
The news broke in the Chester Chronicle as the newspaper reported that Chester FC had allowed him permission to miss their home game with Salford in order to travel down to Somerset.
Gritton may ring a few bells, and that's because he had a brief loan spell with the Green and Whites when he was playing for Plymouth Argyle back in 2001.
Standing at 6'1" it is obvious to see why Skiverton is interested in Gritton, as current target man Sam Williams continued to struggle with poor form. Although currently lingering in the Northern Premier League Division One with Chester FC, he has experience in the football league often applying his trade in League Two, most recently with Chesterfield.
Good luck to Martin during his spell training with the Glovers...
