What can be done to secure Euro progress?
Gannon

What can new Well Boss Jim Gannon do to ensure Motherwell progress against Llanelli this week?
After last week's humiliating defeat to Llanelli at Airdrie Jim Gannon expressed his dissatisfaction with the squad he has been left, but sadly he can't do anything about that before Thursday's return leg.
Can he get a squad that he said was short on fitness and movement to respond to beat the Welsh part timers? Can they see what he is saying and respond by showing him that what he has seen to date isn't a true reflection of their form and ability?
A couple of players have a lot to prove with skipper Stephen Craigan being singled out for the goal, and Keith Lasley being hooked at half time. It will be interesting to see how they respond at Parc Y Scarlets.
I also believe Gannon needs to look at his 4-2-3-1 formation he used in the first leg, particularly against a team that will sit deep and play a 4-5-1 formation and wast time.
It may be a return to last season's 4-3-3 formation would be more successful - but what do I know??
