Time to concentrate on football

Is it time for Jim Gannon to give up having a shot at the media, referees, Hugh Dallas etc and concentrate on letting his team do the talking?

Over the last few weeks our manager has been taking on the world including the media, referees etc etc, should he now put it to bed and move on and concentrate on football.

It started with him not attending the press conference at Hamilton, snubbing the BBC, falling out with Sky and having a go at the written media both in his programme notes and press conferences.

For me there will be only one winner as far as this us concerned and that will be the press. They will keep it going and not let go, or they will ignore him completely and the people who will lose out are the Motherwell fans.

His latest campaign has been against Hugh Dallas after the appalling performance of the referee on Saturday. There is now a chance tht his integrity will be questioned, either Dallas or Gannon are not telling the truth!

With the team having only lost one game this season and the break through of many young players we should be talking about how well we are playing and maybe it is time to let the team do all the talking rather than the manager.
