We are running a prediction league like last season. To play go to www.pleague.co.uk

Register or Log in if you played before (if you don't know your password or username just enter your emial address in the lost password box).

If you are newly registering, when selecting your team, select 'Tyne Talk - Newcastle'.

All league games are up to predict, and so will cup games as they come along.

You have upto 1 hour before kick off to predict a scoreline.

The Scoring System
For each game you predict on, you can gain up to 5 points as follows:

Correct result - 2 points
(ie, you correctly predict a win, lose or draw)

Correct home team score - 1 point

Correct away team score - 1 point

Correct margin of score - 1 point
(only in conjunction with the correct result - if you predict a 2 goal victory and the team suffers a 2 goal defeat, you don't get any points!)

Example:
Result of a game is 3-1

Prediction	Points	Explanation
3-1	5	2 points for correct result, 1 point for home score, 1 point for away score, 1 point for correct margin.
3-0	3	2 points for correct result, 1 point for correct home team score.
4-2	3	2 points for correct result, 1 point for correct margin (2 goals).
2-0	3	2 points for correct result, 1 point for correct margin (2 goals).
0-1	1	1 point for correct away score.
3-3	1	1 point for correct home score.
