Which Newcastle are playing tonight ? I'm one of the long suffering fans. I've seen some wonderful things but I've also witnessed some tragedies. One thing we can't be described as is dull. "Life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're gonna get"

Which Newcastle are playing tonight ?

I've followed this great club of ours for many years as man and boy.
I've witnessed many highs and lows.
One thing we can't be described as is dull.

We have the skill and tenacity to beat any team convincingly on our day.
We also have the unenvious ability to be able to shoot ourselves in the foot and make life extremely difficult for ourselves.
We shall forever carry the burdens of a cup defeat at the hands of lowly Hereford around with us as testament to this.

Forrest Gump said "Life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're gonna get"
He could easily be speaking about our club.

What are were going to get tonight ?

Experience shows that we could end up with any sort of display from mediocre to scintilating.

Hopefully it's the latter.

We had a glimpse of what we are capable of for the first half an hour last week.
Some may say that Alkmaar were poor, but I believe that they just couldn't live with us for that first half hour.

After the recent injury problems it finally seems like we are heading in the right direction.

HOWAY THE LADS.
