Coco The Clown & Mickey Mouse Kinnear Doesnt Learn

Joe Kinnear has been charged with improper conduct for his "Mickey Mouse" jibe towards referee Martin Atkinson. The 61 year old made the comments after he watched his side lose 2-1 against Fulham earlier in the month, prior to having his rolling contract extended to cover the Christmas Period.
He said after the match;
"It was a blatant foul prior to the penalty, and he ignores it.
"It was what happened before, not the penalty itself. Johnson completely pushes Cacapa out of the way, nicks the ball and gets the penalty and we've got a Mickey Mouse ref doing nothing.
They don't seem to care. That's the standard of refereeing in this country.
They've always got a smart answer. You can count the ones you want to respect on one hand."
The FA have announced their decision today and Kinnear will be given until 12th December 2008 to respond.
A FA statement said:
"The charge relates to comments made in media interviews about referee Martin Atkinson following Newcastle's match against Fulham on November 9th.
Kinnear has until December 12th to respond to the charge."
The last time Kinnear was in trouble for making comments about the referee he called an official "coco the clown" and was banned for 4 matches, a punishment he completed on arrival at Newcastle United.
