Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll is named in this week's Football League Coca Cola Championship team of the week after an impressive display against Cardiff City on Friday night. He is lined up alongside Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock, whilst Derby County’s Robbie Savage, Reading’s Ryan Bertrand and Crystal Palace's Shaun Derry are also included.

Its nice to see lets hope he keeps it up, potential to be a great striker if he's up to the challenge of working hard to achieve it,

Good lad and hopefully he can stay out of trouble, read somewhere that Capello was interested in him possibly as a shout for the Euro's
