Andy Carroll has been named in the Coca Cola Championship team of the week after his performance against Bristol City at the weekend. He is lined up alongside Bristol City striker Nicky Maynard, with both scoring in the 2-2 draw, Darren Ambrose of Crystal Palace and Stephen Bywater of Derby County.
