Newcastle United travel to Loftus Road for tomorrow's final game of the season against Queens Park Rangers. Hoping to top 100 points for the year, Hughton's side go into the game having already lifted the Championship trophy on the back of 5 wins and 1 draw in their last 6 games. QPR host on the back of 3 wins, 2 defeats and 1 draw in their last 6 games.

For Newcastle, Fitz Hall (hamstring) and Nile Ranger (ankle) are absent, whilst Tamas Kadar is a doubt after picking up an injury in a reserve game in midweek and Steven Taylor remains sidelined with a jaw injury.

Jonas Gutierrez is unavailable after being given permission to travel to Argentina in preparation for the World Cup, whilst Tim Krul and Harris Vuckic are both expected to be given pitch time.

Wayne Routledge will line up against his former team-mates, whilst Joey Barton and Danny Guthrie will be making their own record number of appearances, 200th career and 100th league, respectively.

For QPR Damion Stewart (cracked skull) and defender Matt Connolly (ankle) are both injured but a late decision will be made as to whether on loan midfielder Adel Taarabt (heel) can play.

Both midfielders Martin Rowlands and Gavin Mahon will miss the last game of the season with knee injuries.

Former Newcastle United player Peter Ramage will line up against his old club and Josh Parker will be looking for his 2nd full game of the season.

Fact: Newcastle will be the 6th club in 8 years to celebrate promotion after a game against QPR. They join Crew, Cardiff, Plymouth, West Brom and Wolves in their celebrations since 2003.

Fact: QPR have only failed to score at home in 2 games all season.

Fact: Newcastle have won more league games this season (29) than any other team.

It is a strong team, I agree it would be great if Vuckic got some decent time on the pitch, on not just 10 minutes

I am going for a 3-1 win, and once again going to back Smithy, come on get a goal you deserve it

So its 0-0 at half time. Only two attempts at goal thus far. Hopefully we'll see some changes in the early part of the second half.

Wasim are you watching it? - Shall I await ratings?

I'm unfortunately not watching it. I'm just following the game on BBC's website and so won't be able to do my ratings. Next season however I should be able to do most games if not all.

Vuckic and Carroll are on for Guthrie and Ameobi. 11 minutes for them to do something so you must be glad TTID.

Cheers Wasim, good to see that Vuckic got time on the pitch, and if he is that good we need to be showing him that this is the club for him. Does anybody know how he did.

Great to see us break the 100 point mark. Well done to the lads not just this game but for the season.

Well done to Blackpool for making the playoffs, and you have to feel sorry for Sheff Wed
