Arsenal Turn Down Bendtner Bid

The latest reports claim that Newcastle United have had a bid to get Nicklas Bendtner on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season rejected by the Londoners, with manager Arsene Wenger completely uninterested in allowing the Denmark International to leave.

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew will be desperately looking around for an available striker to replace Andy Carroll who is expected to complete his move to Liverpool within the hour.

not a bad move on loan if we got him he would score and we could look for a new number 9 during the summer.

So we had no plan in place in case we accepted the bid, huh?

If the guys at my local corner bodega ran their shop like this they'd be out of business in a minute.

Tunyc you have hit the nail on the head there.

Liverpool woudln't even let Torres speak to Chelsea until they sorted out a replacement.

Where we seem to go for the 'oh something will turn up' school of buisness

Yeah, pretty amazing. Never when I saw the Torres s.hit over the weekend did I think we'd be the club getting screwed over in the whole thing.

And Torres has a get-out clause. Boggles the mind how we get owned own by other clubs.
