Livingston Want Newcastle's Kerr Permanently

LIVINGSTON WANT KERR

Livingston boss Davie Hay has admitted he wants to sign Newcastle United midfielder Brian Kerr on a permanent deal.

Hay said: "We'll need to review the situation with Brian Kerr. He's signed until the end of January and we'll look at matters soon.

"He's slowly but surely improving but we need to wait to see what Newcastle are saying about his contract. A week or two into January we might have a clearer picture regarding Brian."

Kerr is currently suffering from a broken ankle.
