Michael Bridges, the leeds striker is rumoured to be wanted on loan by Newcatle United. A local lad, who is a said to be a Newcastle fan, he would no doubt welcome the move.

But injuries are the worry, he has not played regular football for some time, still Robson is said to be a great admirer of the ex-Sunderland player.

With his family all being Newcastle fans, I would imagine that this would be his dream move.

Whether Leeds would agree to a loan move, in their present cash-straped state remains open to doubt.
