Solano Attracts Interest From Rangers & Celtic

NOBBY RUMOURS

Sir Bobby Robson openly admitted recently that any offers offers for the 29-year-old Peruvian would be considered and Aston Villa manager David O'Leary has made an enquiry.

Alex McLeish of Rangers has reportedly tabled a bid of £500,000 in order for Nobby to move to Ibrox, while Martin O'Neill is also keen to take Nobby to Glasgow.

Solano was a reported target of O'Neill's at the start of the season and for the time being, it is understood that he would only be used in domestic competitions - as he is cup tied in Europe (after playing for Newcastle in the Champions League qualifiers and UEFA Cup this season.)
