Robert "Very Happy" At Newcastle

ROBERT'S "NINJA" GOAL

HE SAID: "If you asked me to do it again I couldn't.

"It started with a good link-up with Jermaine Jenas, who then passed the ball out to Solano. He crossed it. I attempted something I've never done before.

"I was very keen to score on my 100th match here at Newcastle. From the side of my boot the ball went straight into the top corner. I had my back to goal and my only option was to try a reverse shot. This goal was truly remarkable.

"My son Mathieu called it a 'Ninja goal'. This is a result of me playing on his Playstation - it inspires me to try the craziest things.

"I am very happy with my season. I feel that I have rediscovered the form that I had when I first came to Newcastle. Since things are going equally well for the club, I am very happy."
