Balearics now lie at the foot of La Liga, with only two points separating them from third-bottom Celta Vigo.
Mallorca looked well beaten at the Nou Camp when two goals from Luis Garcia and a Luis Enrique strike left them 3-0 down going into the closing stages.
Samuel Eto'o and Andrija Delibasic bagged two last minute goals to Barca a nervou end to the game.
Mallorca have won just one of their last 11 games.
