Robson Gave Robert a 1/2 Time Talking!

ROBSON AND ROBERT'S 1/2 TIME CHAT!

Following Sir Bobby's half-time rollicking, in which he branded the French winger's display so far as "pathetic", Robert provided three assists and netted himself as Robson saw his side come from behind to secure a comfortable 4-1 win.

"At half-time, I just told Laurent to wake himself up," said Robson.

"He had been a waste of space.

"Before the break, he flung across one pathetic corner which picked out the first man and it took him 17 minutes to get back into position!

"In the second half, he was suddenly a player again, but I didn't wave a magic wand.

"His delivery was suddenly perfect and he hit a smashing free-kick through a wall of defenders. It was amazing."
