Wenger said: "I will need some fresh legs as it's our fourth big game in nine days. Maybe Sylvain Wiltord will play, certainly Jose Reyes will play, while Edu and Gilberto Silva will also start."

However, midfielder Patrick Vieira is so desperate to play against Newcastle on Sunday, that he will play despite suffering from a knee injury picked up against Liverpool.

Viera said: "I got a knock on my knee and have started to feel my hamstring but, when you win, you feel a lot better and I still want to play tomorrow.

"It's a big game for us and all of us will be ready. A few of us have some knocks but we will battle together to win the trophy.

"It is too big a game to miss. We all want to play as we know it can make the difference for us. We will fight until the end."
