England midfielder Kieron Dyer has declared himself fit for the UEFA Cup quarter-final second-leg clash with PSV Eindhoven at St James' Park on Wednesday night.
Dyer has recovered from a hamstring injury and has been included in a 21-man squad.
The 25-year-old had to sit out the first leg at PSV, as well as Sunday's goalless Premiership draw at home to Arsenal.
Defender Titus Bramble will also be available for selection after UEFA confirmed that there will be no action taken in connection with his clash with PSV's Remco van der Schaaf at the Philips Stadium.
Lee Bowyer will however be missing, as he completes his six-game ban.
Newcastle: Given, Harper, Hughes, Bernard, Taylor, Elliott, Woodgate, O'Brien, Bramble, Speed, Dyer, Robert, Jenas, Ambrose, Viana, Brittain, Shearer, Bellamy, Ameobi, Bridges, Chopra.
