Craig Bellamy, Newcastle Uniteds Speediest Striker has declared war on Liverpool by claiming he intends to be fit to fight the fourth spot battle at Anfield on the last day of the season!

Fans across the country will be willing Bellamy back to fitness eager to grab the champions league position as Newcastle’s own.

The Welsh International has provided some good news amongst the Newcastle camp and hopefully it will boost their performance.

Craig Bellamy who is getting better sooner than expected made the following statement.

"I am ahead of schedule with my comeback and my aim is to return for the last game of the season at Liverpool.

It goes without saying that I would love a game under my belt before the end of the season."

Indeed it does go without say but I’m sure Shola Ameobi – Craig Bellamy’s replacement - wont be too happy to see the striker back on track. Ameobi has covered Bellamy’s position alongside Alan Shearer many times this season and is just starting to look comfortable and up to scratch.
