Trio Staying Put - Shepherd Slams Rumours

Reports that Kieron Dyer, Craig Bellamy and Titus Bramble would be axed this summer have been slammed by Newcastle United chairman Freddy Shepherd.

The BBC reported that United were alledgedly ready to listen to offers of around £15m for Dyer, £8m for Bellamy and £1.5m for Bramble.

It was reported that money made on these transfers would be used to help rebuild the squad following a disappointing season.

Talking to the Newcastle Journal though, Shepherd is quoted as to saying:

"These suggestions are absolutely ridiculous. They could not be further from the truth."

BUT, JUST WHAT IS THE TRUTH? Will we sign anybody this summer? Will we sell anybody (*cough* Hugo Viana *cough*) to bring in any transfer money? If you have any ideas or suggestions, please tell us!
