"I don't know whether Sir Bobby intends to work for another one, two or three years. But he could go on working at the highest level for as long as he wants to, such is his reputation and proven track record.”
"He is one of the game's true gentlemen and he is loved everywhere he goes. I could run through a list of clubs who would feel privileged to count Sir Bobby among their coaching staff - but I will keep that list to myself."
Laporta has been doing the rounds when it comes to checking up on talent and was noticeable at the England match last night in which England beat Croatia 4-2.
Despite his admiration for Sir Bobby – he has no problems with poaching his current targets.
Last season Newcastle were linked with both Ronaldinho and Henrik Larsson. Since then Ronaldinho has moved to the Nou Camp and Larsson is said to be on his way.
