OK forget the formalities I can bearly contain my excitement, Greame Souness has just been on Sky Sports News to confirm and squash a few rumours

Firstly he has confirmed that the Emre deal is done, he said he was delighted to secure this signing and that the club will be loads better for it.

Dyer has now signed his contract and that he will be in his team next season in a system that suits the player andhe will build the team around him, because he is that good.

Jenas will not be going to arsenal or anywhere else this season he will be a world class midfielder and he will be one at Newcastle..he said the Campbell Jenas rumours are nonsense, so someone tell Alan Oliver.

Speaking of nonsense newcatsle have not made a bid for river plate goal keeper Lux ..in fact it was the first he had heard of it.

Greame also confirmed he wanted FIVE more players, three top players and two sqaud players.
