Stoke Stuffed

The Blues returned to winning ways with another emphatic home win. If only we could take our Bridge efforts on our travels so that we could 'bridge' the gap between ourselves and Manchester Mercenaries. Oh well, a 3-0 at home to awkward Stoke is never a result to be sneered at. In fact Stoke have a long history of upsetting Chelsea, so 3-0 is a good tonic against a potential banana skin.

Congratulations are duly extended to our trio of goalscorers from the continents of Africa, Europe, and South America: Mo Salah, Frank Lampard, and Willian. Twas good to see the Brazilian find the back of the net. He needs to do this a lot more often, to complement his fine all-round performances. The Egyptian maestro has also quickly doubled his scoring account, while Senor Torres remains toothless in front of goal. It was also great to see the legend that is Ashley Cole back in the fray, after injury. Chelsea just might repeat these goalscoring heroics against PSG.
