Mark Back In January?

Town manager Jim Magilton says he spoke to former West Ham manager Alan Pardew about taking Mark Noble back to Portman Road.

Noble returned to Upton Park last month but has yet to feature for the hammers since returning, but with the sacking of Alan Pardew today Marks future is in doubt but Town manager Jim Magilton still wants the 19-year-old midfielder back at Portman Road.

 

Jim: “I spoke to Alan last week about the possibility of Mark coming back here and at that stage he was not prepared to let that happen, obviously things have changed at West Ham now but I'm certainly interested in bringing the lad in.

 

“He was very popular at this football club and did a good job for us and I know that some of the players here have remained in touch with him.

 

“We will see how things go but it's a possibility that Mark could be here in January.”
