Players All Returning

All four players Town currently have out on-loan will be returning to Portman Road this week.

Martin Brittain, Ian Miller and Dean Bowditch have all been loaned for the past couple of months but all three will be back at Portman Road this week.  

 

Town manager Jim Magilton: “Yeovil liked Martin but his loan is over now and we wanted him back in the building so we can have a look at him, we wanted him to get some first-team football under his belt so the loan would have done him the world of good.

 

“Ian Miller is returning from his stay at Boston, where all our reports say he has done very well. Again, it was all about gaining first-team experience for Ian and it's possible that we may look at him going out on loan elsewhere.

 

“Dean is carrying a niggly groin problem at the moment and we will have a look at him over the next few days.”

 

And as was confirmed yesterday Darren Currie will all be returning from Coventry although Mickey Adams wants to keep him, Adams said: “We will be talking to Ipswich about Darren and see what happens.”
