Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is delighted with the point his Ipswich side earned at Nottingham forest earlier today.

Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is delighted with the point his Ipswich side earned at Nottingham forest earlier today.
Joe has said that: “I am delighted with a point because in the second half we didn't play.
“Kelvin Davis was excellent in goal, and Tony Dinning had a good debut. But after that I am looking for people to step up.
“Having said that, not many teams will come to Forest and win. I suppose their season hinges on whether they can keep Andy Reid; he is an excellent player.”.
However in a separate interview Joe said that: “I will take the point but I'm disappointed we didn't do more to win the game,
Royle expressed some bad feeling towards former town player David Johnson after a tackle on Drissa Diallo. Talk about Town on our message board.
“Darren should have had a penalty but we didn't threaten enough up front and we couldn't hang on to the ball in those attacking areas.
“Maybe I'm harder on the strikers because I used to be one but we must improve in that department. It's something I am going to have to look at again.
“I wasn't pleased with the performance of the forwards but having said that, we have dug in, Darren has reacted quickly for the goal and we have got a point out of the game."
