Ipswich Town chief Executive Derek Bowden has reassured Ipswich fans that there is money for another short term loan signing.

And even better news is that he didn’t rule out a season long loan or a new face joining permanently.

Bowden saying: “A loan deal for a short period similar to the Tony Dinning deal that manager Joe Royle completed last weekend is a possibility if that is what the manager wants.

“There is no need for him to offload anyone before he can bring in a loan signing.

“We plan to look at the situation again at the end of this month and the possibility of a full-time signing and a year-long loan will be discussed.”.
