Ipswich Town goalkeeper “trained well” today according to Ipswich town manager Joe Royle after a back injury.

Davis has been out for a month after injuring his back playing against Reading with Welsh under 21 goalkeeper Lewis Price filling in for him since.

Joe Royle: “Kelvin trained well this morning and that was a step forward for him, we will have another look at him at the start of next week but he may have a chance of playing for the reserves on Wednesday.”
