Ipswich Town have the chance to regain top spot in the coca cola championship, if they can beat Queens Park Rangers.

Town manager Joe Royle has a fully fit squad to choose from, new signing Darren Currie has been included in the 18 its unclear if he will make his debut for Town or if he will watch from the stands.

Town manager Joe Royle believes that QPR have done well to be this far up the league and that tomorrows game will be hard for Town, saying:“Rangers have done superbly this season and Ian Holloway has done a magnificent job there.

“There was talk of him being under pressure at the start of the season for some reason but he has taken Rangers into a challenging position in the top six and deserves a lot of credit for that.

“It's a compact ground, Loftus Road, with little space out wide and the crowd are right on top of you.

“It's never an easy place to go but we will go into the game looking for the three points, as we do at every match - home or away.

“Our away form hasn't been bad, with only three defeats this season but we need to start turning some of the draws into wins.”

QPR boss Ian Holloway has midfielder Martin Rowlands back for the first time since October after a broken bone, Jamie Cureton and Marcus Bean are also expected to return.

Former Town academy player Adam Miller could make his home debut for QPR and another from Town player, in the shape of George Santos is expected to line up against his former club.

This weeks view from the other camp comes from Santos, who says: “I'm always looking forward to games and it is important to win whoever we are playing. Ipswich are in the top two and if we win we will only be four points behind.

“Ipswich play good football and I'm not surprised by how well they've done. But in this division anyone can beat anyone and sometimes you need a bit of luck. We will have to see on Saturday.”
