Cash And Jeffers For Bent?

Premiership side Charlton are believed to be prepared offer striker Francis Jeffers and about £2.2 million to Town in exchange for Darren Bent.

The 24-year-old Jeffers scored just 3 goals in 20 premiership and has failed to impress Addicks boss Alan Curbishley since moving from Arsenal last summer and he is keen to offload him in favour of some else and its believed that Bent is still top of his wish list.

 

Its no secret that Royle is keen on Francis as he tried to sign him on-loan from Arsenal after he had a loan spell at Everton.
