Royle’s Plea: A Response

By Karl The Mole

Town fan Karl The Mole replies to Town manager Joe Royle’s plea for fans to stop booing Towns player’s.

Not being funny, if you buy a tin of beans and it is out of date (excuse the analogy) you go back complain and get a refund!!!

Now we are the paying public and footballers are SUPPOSED to offer us a service - that service being entertainment. Without us they might as well play Sunday league footy and get drunk after every game.

Now we have every right to complain, moan and boo the team if they play poorly!! We are paying their luxury lifestyles, standing there come rain snow or shine so now and then they need to be REMINDED that they are not gods.

If someone were to boo me I wouldn't like it, but I would try my hardest to make them eat my words. Humble pie with gravy for dinner.com!!

I was more than happy to eat my words about Naylor recently and would always like to admit I am wrong - however when the poor players moan about being booed and how it effects them I think of just one word...PATHETIC!!

Get in the real world you bunch of overpaid girls. Why not do a full weeks work and scrape you finances together each month, then tell us that you were tired or upset because you were booed!!
