Royle: Price Fine

Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle says he has not heard any thing about Town goalkeeper Lewis Price picking up a injury while away with Wales.

Royle: “As far as we are concerned there is nothing wrong with Lewis, but we will obviously know more when he gets back.

 

“To be honest, I thought he would probably play and I am hoping it is just a precaution that he has been left out.

 

“I have spoken to both our goalkeeping coach Andy Rhodes and our physio, David Williams, and Lewis trained without any problems on Monday and Tuesday.

 

“If he is not playing for Wales I can only assume it's because he hasn't been selected, because we are not aware of any injury that would keep him out.”
