5 Interested In Horlock

It has emerged today that five clubs have all been in contact with Town about the possibility of taking Kevin Horlock on-loan.

Championship strugglers Millwall, League one sides Barnsley and Oldham Athletic have expressed interest in Horlock but have taken it no further Doncaster Rovers and Yeovil only missed on him because they couldn’t come up with the cash to pay his wages.

 

Town manager Joe Royle: “I'm more than happy to be keeping Kevin. We only said Kevin could go out on loan to help him, because we won't be renewing his contract in the summer. He is still a very good player and is great in the dressing room so is good to have here. Things change in football as we know so he could well be in the side again soon.”
