Fuller Delight, Almost

On-loan Southampton striker Ricardo Fuller is not completely delighted with how is Town debut went earlier today.

Fuller scored Town’s winning goal but also managed to pick up his 5^th booking of the season.

 

Ricardo: “I'm delighted to be playing at Ipswich Town and it's always nice to score on your debut.

 

“I saw the way the players performed at Wolves last week when we battered them and knew that I could do well playing for this team because of the way they play.

 

“Ipswich play great football and keep the ball to feet and that suits my game and I'm always confident I can score goals. I just need matches now.

 

“What makes it worse was the referee got it wrong with the yellow card. The guy dived. He should have been in the Olympics!, I'm gutted to be missing next week's game now. I have a lot of friends at Preston and would loved to have played there and now I have to watch from the side.”
