Matt To Miss Return

Town midfielder Matt Richards could miss the first week or so of pre-season training due to an ankle injury.

Matt missed the final game of the season at Plymouth after injuring his ankle training just a few days before the game.

Town physio Dave Williams: “There is ligament damage and it's touch and go whether Matt will be back in training by the end of June, If he doesn't make it he won't be far away though, perhaps a week or so.

“He's been doing some work at the training ground and is making progress but it's an injury that takes time to heal.”
