Pools without 4 key players

Both managers will go into this game with headaches after each team will be going into the game without 4 first team players

Saturdays match at Macclesfield is already off to a poor start for both managers as both teams have a long list of unavailable players.

Macclesfield and Hartlepool are both short of 4 first teamers. Andy Monkhouse and Darryl Duffy have both been denied permission to play from Swindon and Hull as they dont want their players to be cup-tied. Darren Williams and Gary Liddle are also banned from the game after reaching their yellow card limit.

However on the positive side Tony Sweeney is expected to return to the starting XI for the first time since his injury against Grimsby.
