Leeds v Coventry preview

Leeds take on Coventry tomorrow, looking to carry on their recent good form.  Friday’s 3-0 win at Doncaster was arguably their best performance of the season, as well as their second successive clean sheet.  Whilst Simon Grayson may be tempted to freshen the team up, it’s unlikely he will do so.  The back four seems to have a bit more solidity about it.  The midfield pretty much picks itself at the moment, and up front, Andy Keough is looking like the perfect foil for the inform Ross McCormack.

The Scot has been in lethal form this season - his spectacular overhead kick on Friday was his 9th league goal of the season - putting him joint top of the goalscoring charts.

Coventry have been struggling this year, but a win on Saturday over Notinghma Forest will have been a boost for them.  A win for Leeds would likely see them in the play off spots with a game in hand...

Coventry will look to get the ball upfield quickly.

Platt and Jutkiewicz are both 6'4" strikers so we need to ensure we do not allow cheap crosses into the box.

Their goalscoring record may be poor this season but they will still represent a threat.

If Howson and Clayton dominate the middle we should create enough chances to win the game comfortably.

Thought Clayton was good v Donnybrook. Took him a while to get into his stride but he and Jonny bossed midfield
