Hull 0 Leeds 0

Leeds battled to a respectable 0-0 draw with Hull last night as the recent defensive improvement under new boss Neil Warnock continued.  However, they didn’t get close to matching the fantastic performance against Southampton last Saturday.

It’s clear already that Warnock has got Leeds tighter at the back.  He has made some tweaks, and only 1 goal conceded in the 3 games since his he fully took over.  The problem is at the other end though where Leeds have gone 3 games without a goal.  However, with players like McCormack, Becchio and Snodgrass, goals shouldn’t be too hard to come by.

The game itself wasn’t the best – Leeds keeper Andy Lonergan pulling off several top class saves to keep the scores level.

It’s Middlesboro on Sunday in a lunchtime kick off, when Leeds need a win to keep alive their outside play off chances…
